🏉 OLLERTON 50–10 NEWARK 🏉
This week, Ollerton First Team welcomed Newark in the latest league fixture, looking to make it three wins on the bounce.
In horrendous conditions, Ollerton made a solid start, sticking to the game plan and dominating possession. However, Newark are a strong side and proved difficult to break down.

As the game progressed, Ollerton established control through some brutal scrummaging, stingy defence and fantastic support play. All 18 players put in great performances, but the dominant back row played a key role, with Man of the Match Jake Townsend delivering some huge hits and powerful carries, alongside another imposing performance from number 8 Tom Dilworth.

As usual, fly-half John Ross Ward and two-try hero Jack Cranmer orchestrated proceedings, while try machine Jonny Brannan added another hat-trick to his collection. Further tries came from Ashley Allmond, Dan Marrows and Mitch Rose.

Overall, it was an exceptional display of how to play rugby in torrential conditions. It had to be, as Newark are a strong, fast side who also crossed the line for two cracking tries of their own.
A fantastic win to keep the league momentum going!

FULL-TIME: OLLERTON 50–10 NEWARK 💪💛💙
