A huge well done to two of my swimming clients, Nathan Jones and Ethan Davies, who took on and completed a tough sprint triathlon last weekend! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

It’s been fantastic to see how far their swimming has come. The hard work, commitment and improvements in the pool really showed when it mattered, helping them get through what was a challenging swim and set them up for the rest of the race.

Thank you both for choosing me to teach and train you — it’s been a pleasure being part of your journey and watching your confidence and ability grow.

Massive congratulations, Nathan and Ethan! 👏 You should both be very proud of yourselves.

Now we look forward to the next race and seeing just how much further we can take your swimming! 💪🏊‍♂️
