Looking for a fun, friendly activity your child can get excited about every week? 🤸‍♀️❤️💙

Our school-age gymnastics classes at Head Over Heels are full of games, challenges, skills and smiles — the perfect way for children to stay active, build confidence and make new friends.

Each week, our gymnasts get to use a wide range of equipment, including beams, bars, vault, trampette, floor skills and more. They’ll learn how to jump, roll, balance, swing, climb and challenge themselves in a safe, supportive environment.

But for us, it’s about much more than just gymnastics.

We want children to:
✨ feel proud of themselves
✨ build strength, balance and coordination
✨ grow in confidence
✨ make friends and feel part of the club
✨ achieve things they didn’t think they could do
✨ make memories they’ll look back on

Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or already practising cartwheels at home, we’d love to welcome them to Head Over Heels.

Is your child in nursery and ready for a little more independence? 🤸‍♀️❤️💙

Our pre-school independent classes are a brilliant next step for children who are ready to come into class on their own.

They’ll still have all the fun of gymnastics — jumping, rolling, balancing, swinging and exploring — but they’ll also start building skills that can really help them as they grow.

Our classes help children:
✨ build confidence away from grown-ups
✨ improve balance, coordination and strength
✨ practise listening and following instructions
✨ take turns and be part of a group
✨ make friends with children their own age
✨ get ready for school in a fun, active way

At Head Over Heels, we keep things friendly, encouraging and fun. Every child learns at their own pace, and the main aim is for them to leave with a big smile and want to come back again next week.

Our Head Over Heels under-2s class is the perfect first step into gymnastics — a fun, friendly class for you and your little one to enjoy together.

Each week is full of:
🎶 songs, games and lots of smiles
🤸‍♀️ exciting equipment to climb, crawl, balance and explore
👶 confidence-building activities to support early movement
🤝 a relaxed space to meet other local parents

Whether they’re crawling, cruising or toddling, this class is all about helping little ones grow in confidence, enjoy movement and make happy memories with you.

It’s relaxed, welcoming and full of fun — no experience needed, just come along and enjoy it together.
