The WAX Burner Obstacle Course Race is back for it's second event this year… and this time with a BRAND-NEW ROUTE! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💪

📅 Date: Saturday 26th/27th September 2026
📍 Location: Newquay, Cornwall

💥 Distances & Obstacles:
🧨 5K – 30 wild obstacles
💣 10K - 60 outrageous obstacles

Expect nothing less than:
🌧️ Mud everywhere - embrace it, survive it, conquer it
🎨 Explosive paint zones – get messy, get colourful, get legendary
💪 Massive obstacles – climb it, crawl it, swing it, smash it

You can run it, jog it, walk it, skip it, laugh your way round it… however you want to take it on, it counts 🙌

⚡ Go solo and challenge yourself, or enter as a team and make a day of it

Alright… we’ve seen the comments, and we know you’ve been waiting 👀

We can finally reveal that all photos from the WAX Burner April 2026 will be going LIVE on Wednesday evening!

The team has been working through over 300GB of media to get everything ready, and we’re buzzing to start sharing them with you

Even better… every single photo will be completely FREE 🙌

We’re still on a high from Saturday, and we wanted to take the time to thank all of our amazing volunteers and marshals 🫶

These kind of events would simply not run without the amazing people who take time out of their day to help us out. We’ve received so much feedback about how great you all were, encouraging people, bringing the energy and keeping everything flowing 🙌
