Well done EVERYONE!

What a fantastic Charity Relays event we had last night in celebration of Paul Wright and his 20 years of Interval sessions. We have a lot to share and will post again later with photos, updates to how much we raised for Cornwall Air Ambulance and the Newquay Foodbank and all the thank yous to everyone. Well done everyone, we had a very full trolley by the end of the evening! It's hugely appreciated by Newquay Foodbank

Newquay Foodbank Collection
Current list of Items needed by Newquay Foodbank - please bring a few along with you on Weds evening. We will have a collection point:

Cereal
UHT milk
Biscuits
Jam or marmalade
Baked Beans
Tinned Meat
Tinned fish
Tinned vegetables
Tinned soup
Tinned fruit
Tinned rice pudding or custard
Toothpaste/brush
Soap/shower wash
Shampoo
Sanitary products

And I stress - it will really help us to be more organised if you are able to sign up beforehand. Even if you don't know your full team, or if you don't have a team. Link here ⬇️
