2 weeks in in Hua Hin to spend time with my wee son and sharing our love of Muay Thai. And my adopted sons and 🤣🤣

Our next Inter-club is on Sunday 19th July in Newry. Decision and non decision bouts, Same day weigh ins. Great to get novices some experience before the bigger shows. Teens and Adults lists 🙏

Road trip to Cork again for Samson Martial Arts Muay Thai Show. Emma jumped in for a demo, show great composure and got great 3 rounds of experience, I am delighted to see her pushing out of her comfort zone and giving a great performance.
Louie fight pro-am, showing his improvements and timing he got a well deserved win and I am happy he showed his development. Louie always shows up for training, listens to advice and it is showing in his fights. Proud coach 😊 thanks to Ewan and Cillian coming down to help out in the corner.

Oisin had a great technical fight on Siam Warriors Super fights, its was a 3 rounder. Oisin got stronger as the fight progressed but lost out on a split decision to a great young lad from Limerick. Oisin is adapting to A class Muay Thai and I have no doubt he will come back with more improvements 🙏
