Good to get some free time with the Muay Thai crew!! Good food and drinks, relaxing and bonding 🙏 it’s not often we get the opportunity to sit and reflect, it’s been a busy year, let’s push on with the second half and keep building on our experiences.

Great fight by Cillian, very mature performance for 17 years old. Hard work and dedication pays off!!

On the 19th September we will have RWS champion Niall McGreevy in Newry for a Muay Thai seminar. Book you place as numbers will be limited.

Change of time to 2pm

We are hosting a female only sparring session on Saturday at 1pm in Team Torres Dundalk open to all gyms and no charge.

We travelled to Southport at the weekend for Muay Thai Revolution we had and Ewan Dodds fighting C class pro/am. What a great show to be a part of!! We were well looked after by Matty and Brandon, the show was very well run and the matching was superb!! Louie won by tko and Ewan lost by tko, great experience for the lads and hopefully we have a good account of ourselves. Thanks to Chang Muay Thai and Branno Monk Matty Holleran great show lads 🙏
