Guys, you’re all nearly bringing me to tears with your lovely comments 🥹❤️

I know my field is very unconventional, being behind my home, but it has worked for over 5 years and has helped so many families along the way. That’s honestly all that matters to me. 🥰❤️

Thank you all so much for your kindness and support — it means more than you know. xx🥰

🎉🐶 **WE HAVE FINALLY GOT THE GREEN LIGHT!** 🐶🎉

After what has felt like **many, many months** of waiting — and sadly losing most of our summer — I am absolutely delighted to announce that **the Council has finally granted us a Certificate of Lawfulness for the existing use of the secure field at K9 Country CLUB, Newtownabbey!** 🙌🙌🙌

It has been a long road, but we can finally say **WE’RE BACK IN BUSINESS!** 🥳❤️

Although we’re heading into the winter months, we can now get back to doing what we love — **welcoming all our existing and new clients back to our secure field, where your dogs can safely run free, have fun and be their happy, crazy selves!** 🐶🐶🐶

And now that we’re officially back up and running, we can also finally start getting stuck into some much-needed **remedial work and improvements** to make the field even better for you and your four-legged family members. 🫶🐾

A **HUGE thank you** to every single one of you for your patience, understanding and, most importantly, your continued support throughout all of this. ❤️

We honestly couldn’t have got through it without you.

Here’s to getting back to normal, seeing all those waggy tails again and welcoming plenty of new faces — both two-legged and four-legged! 🐶❤️

**THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!** 🙌

🐾❤️ **K9 Country CLUB** ❤️🐾

Can anyone help this girl?

Hi! I am posting with a slightly odd request, if there was anyone around the Belfast area or close by who may be able to help.

I adopted my dog, Fergie, back in January and he has come on leaps and bounds. Very recently I have discovered that he is reactive to Bernese Mountain Dogs, I’m not sure if this is from a bad past experience etc. but I would like to try to safely help him if it’s possible.

We have worked on a lot of his excitement with other dogs over the past few months using long distance reactivity training. However, we don’t run into Bernese Mountain Dogs often at all so it’s rare that I have a chance to do this with him.

So, if there happened to be anyone in or around the Belfast area, who may be happy to have their dogs leashed in a safe area at a distance from my dog, also leashed, it would be a massive help.

Of course, this may not work but I think it’s worth a try. Obviously, I will go with a trainer in the long run if we can’t figure this out ourselves but it’s not really in my budget right now.

Photo of Fergie (Ferguson) below, he’s a gentle giant usually so I would really like to help him improve if I can.

If you think you could help, please shoot me a pm.

Thank you! x

Good afternoon everyone.

Just by way of a quick update, as many of you know, our application for a Certificate of Lawfulness was submitted to the council at the beginning of May. This application is to establish that the continued use of the land as a secure dog field is lawful.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and taken the time to offer advice and encouragement throughout this process. We really appreciate it.

We'll keep you updated as the application progresses and will share any developments as soon as we have them. Thank you again for your continued support. Hopefully no news is good news.

Please continue to get in touch should you require any natural dog treat boxes made up or any recommendations on walkers, sitters, trainers etc, I’m always here to help out if I can.

Thanks again.

Ashley 🥰
