We’re National Fitness Awards finalists!!

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Carter’s gym has been named a finalist in the Newcomer category at the National Fitness Awards.

This one means a lot to us, especially knowing that the finalist are selected through the judging process rather than public votes.

As part of the next stage a judge will be visiting Carter’s gym to see what we’re all about, meet the team and members, and experience our gym and community firsthand. So you all better be on your best behaviour! 🤣

And then we’re off to the National Fitness Awards ceremony!

Being named a finalist is something we’re incredibly proud of and we want to thank you all for being part of the Carter’s community 💙🩶

Blakely Apex Games September 2026!

We’re super proud of you all, thank you so much for competing. We know lots of you pushed yourself out your comfort zone. Everyone smashed it!

Carter’s Peasants -

- 3 lots of flu
- 2 lots of food poisoning
- 1 Josh

Our goal was to return and beat our score from the last games. It looked unlikely that we were even going to make the games a week before, but we did and even beat our previous score by 76 points!

Thanks guys for competing with us again, you’re the best

Carter’s Damsels -

Such a supportive group of women, we knew they’d be cheering each other on the whole time.

They achieved such a good score and seemed raring to go again! Well done for all the hard work you’ve put in to compete, we’ve loved watching how hard you’ve been training and it proved to be successful.

Carter’s Queens -

An absolutely amazing effort from these ladies. After a busy few months of training unfortunately one of their members had to drop out. We had the wonderful Sarah step up with only a month to get ready and only joining the gym 4 months ago!

After limited training together and injuries, we’re so impressed with how you battled through!

Carter’s Kings -

After consistent training together over the past three months we knew the lads were going to excel. They came 3rd in the men’s category in wave 4!
This was a nice little warm up for Oscar’s HYROX coming up soon!!

Carter’s QR codes! - Custom videos on how to use the machines 🎥💪🏻

We’ve been busy working on a new project! Carter’s QR codes are our latest addition to the gym. Some of our machines will now have QR codes on them, if you give them a scan with your phone it will take you to a custom video of us explaining the machine, what muscles it works and how to set it up properly!

We want to continue to improve the gym for our members so that they feel comfortable and confident in the gym 💪🏻
