With everything on the line, the contest headed to a play-off, where Holsworthy Golf Club held their nerve to secure victory on the second extra hole.

As Holsworthy summed it up:
"A very tight match against a very skilled Crediton side, who were mostly giving shots. The last game in was won by HGC to tie the match and HGC won on the second play-off hole."
