20 minutes of HIIT added to my online website this week. Barriers to training are mainly time and motivation, as the day goes on we talk ourselves out of it and run out of time as something crops up.
Get up 30 minutes earlier and train for 20 minutes! That's all it takes, don't do nothing. Start thinking about training as a baseline requirement for wellness, not as an activity with health benefits!

There are lots of channels, with different workouts whether you have 5 minutes spare or 60 minutes.

Online studio - workouts added this week are short and sharp, 10 minute front of thigh workout and a 15 minute glute workout.
Trial for 7 days for free before it's just £12 a month, you can choose from a range of workouts, exercising different body parts for however long you like 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 or 50 minutes!

Last night we had planned a family sprint session after work, not great timing as we had just started when the thunderstorm began, thunder, lightning and hail! We all ran through it all, even our 3 year old, the kids showed great resilience and we all had fun doing it with smiles on our faces afterwards. Don’t use having the children around to not exercise, include them.
