Did you know in Aerial yoga we use the silk for more than just going upside down?

At the studio, we offer two different aerial classes.

Restorative Aerial is a gentle, calming practice where you'll be seated or lying in the hammock or on the mat, this class has a focus on flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. This also makes restorative a great intro into using the aerial silk.

Aerial Yoga, on the other hand, combines strength-building, traditional yoga poses, and playful inversions, with the silk supporting you throughout the practice.

In both classes, the hammock acts as a prop that helps you to explore movement and experience yoga from a slightly new perspective.

Restorative Aerial runs every Tuesday night at 7:30pm and the Aerial Yoga classes are every Tuesday morning at 10:30am and Thursday nights at 7:00pm

Two masterclasses are coming up next month!

Make time for yourself and your practice. Join for a 2 hour yoga masterclass where you can move with intention and fully settle into a longer session.

This empowering class is for anyone curious about exploring a deeper practice, experiencing hands-on assists and learning directly from a teacher who meets you where you are.

It’s an opportunity to be present, focus on you and see what emerges when you give yourself the space to really practice.

The olive tree has become one of the most sought after spots at the studio!

Over the last few weeks, we’ve had a pigeon making itself at home in the top of the tree, and we're happy to report that the eggs hatched over the weekend.

And that’s not all. We also have another duck visitor, who has chosen the base of the tree as the perfect place to lay her eggs. 🦆

Through intentional breathing techniques and guided meditation, you'll create a space to relax, reset and leave feeling more grounded, centred and present.

Reformer Pilates is a fantastic way to build strength throughout the whole body, working with the spring resistance helps to improve control, stability, and coordination.

Small group sizes and adaptable to different levels, Reformer Pilates is a great way to enhance your practice in a fun and supportive way.

This weekend we’re bringing you more yoga! Izzy is away this weekend, so the Saturday Pilates and TRX will change for one week only to Slow Flow Yoga and a vinyasa inspired yoga express class (called express because it’s 45mins not because it's a fast pace!)

Ease into your weekend with the Saturday 9.30am Slow flow class. A practice that helps you to ground, calm the mind and stretch the body.

If you want something a little more energising, the Yoga Express class at 10.45am is a vinyasa inspired class with a flow that works both strength and flexibility.

Ever thought of trying a sound bath? Now is your chance. This Months Sound Bath still has spaces available!

Laying in the aerial hammocks, this unique session combines gentle suspension with immersive sounds and vibrations from crystal sound bowls. With the body supported and weightless, the mind can fully settle into deep rest.

No experience is needed and it's a great way to treat yourself with a welcome pause from the demands of daily life. Participants often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and restored.

We’re hosting First Aid Training!

Join Another Level Training to build confidence and knowledge to respond when it matters.

This one day Emergency First Aid course is designed specifically with Yoga teachers, Instructors, studio owners and wellness professionals in mind.
On the course you’ll go through performing CPR, helping someone who is unconscious , recognising and responding to heart attacks and strokes, managing choking incidents, treating minor injuries and bleeding and responding confidently until help arrives.

This week we have not one but two Yoga Nidra classes!

Pauline is delivering a session tonight at 7.30pm in place of Aerial Restorative and Faith is delivering the monthly Yoga Nidra class on Friday at 7:30pm

What is Yoga Nidra? Nidra is a grounding and calming guided meditation that is practiced entirely in the comfort of your Savasana pose. With bolsters and supportive props to help you settle in. All you need to do is relax, be present, and gently surrender into the experience.

Our June theme of the month is Check In & Reconnect. As we reach the midpoint of the year, it's an opportunity to pause and reflect on where you're at, what's been supporting you, and what may need to shift to help you feel more aligned moving forward.

Rather than focusing on pressure or perfection, this month encourages gentle awareness, noticing how your intentions are showing up in your life, and taking time to reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Alongside this theme, Pauline is running a Living with Intention workshop on the 27th June

The workshop will include

💛A short yoga flow to awaken the body and connect the breath with movement
💛Guided reflection on how your year is unfolding so far
💛Time to reconnect with the intentions you set earlier in the year
