BIG NEWS! Our documentary film, 'Eva', has been officially selected to be shown in the 2022 Big Syn International Film Festival in London as part of the film was selected as part of a United Nations Sustainable Development Goals commitment.

Yoga means “union”. In a Yoga Ceremony we sit around a circle and we step into a time with no expectations, goals or to-do lists; we open sacred space to celebrate Life with flowing movement and postures, chants, healing sounds and deep relaxation. It’s a precious time to be and to be in community.
