We will be implementing the FA's new Future Fit 3v3 format while also continuing to utilize the 5v5 format.

Various age groups are looking for players to joins their squads for the new season.

Playing up a year can be brilliant for some kids… and completely wrong for others. ⚽

For the right player, it can stretch them, build confidence and speed up development.

But for others, it can knock confidence, reduce game time and take the fun out of football.

That’s why there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

⚽ Grassroots football isn’t glamorous — and that’s exactly why it matters.

It’s muddy boots, freezing mornings and rushed lifts to away games.

It’s nervous parents on the touchline, volunteers giving up their evenings and coaches replying to group chats long after training has finished.

But it’s also where confidence grows.
Where friendships are made.
Where children learn to win, lose, support each other and keep going.

Most of the memories won’t come from trophies.

They’ll come from the people, the journeys and the weekends spent together.

Grassroots football is more than a game. It’s our community. 💚⚽
