🚗🎉 PART 3 PASS FOR GARY! 🎉🚗

A huge congratulations to Gary, who yesterday passed his Part 3 at Chadderton! 👏👏👏

Gary had already been working towards becoming an ADI for around a year before contacting AJM Driver & Instructor Training.

When Gary came to AJM, one of the biggest areas we worked on was moving away from a traditional “telling” approach and developing a more client-centred way of teaching.

Together, we worked on:

🔴 Lesson structure
🔴 Effective questioning techniques
🔴 Client-centred learning
🔴 Understanding why we ask questions rather than simply telling the learner what to do
🔴 Putting the learner at the heart of the learning experience

And yesterday, all that hard work came together…

PART 3 — PASS! 🥳🎉

Gary, you’ve put the work in, you’ve challenged yourself, you’ve changed the way you approach your teaching and, most importantly, you’ve developed as an instructor.

Massive congratulations Gary — you should be very proud of yourself! 👏👏👏

⸻

👨‍🏫 ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS YOUR PART 3?

Maybe you’re finding it difficult to move from “telling” to coaching?

Perhaps you understand the principles but struggle to put them into practice in the car?

Or maybe you’ve got your Standards Check coming up and want some focused support?

At AJM Driver & Instructor Training, I can help you develop your understanding, confidence and practical application — not simply teach you a script to repeat on test day.

🚘 AND IT’S NOT JUST INSTRUCTOR TRAINING…

We also offer manual and automatic learner-driver training, including support for:

✅ New and nervous drivers
✅ Learners who lack confidence
✅ Refresher training
✅ Drivers who need additional support
✅ Developing safer, more independent drivers

📍 Areas covered include:
Saddleworth • Oldham • Huddersfield • Halifax • Sheffield • Worksop and surrounding areas

Whether you’re working towards becoming an ADI, preparing for your Standards Check, or simply learning to drive, AJM Driver & Instructor Training can help.

*** SCAM ALERT ***

Good morning all, over the weekend I have been made aware of a website that seems to be scamming potential students now they are no longer able to make money from reselling driving tests by charging them a fee to find a driving instructor.

Once this fee has been paid then all communication from the company stops and could leave the student thinking that the Approved Driving Instructor is at fault for the no contact.

I have looked at it for local instructors and have seen people listed that I know for a fact are no longer teaching or have retired.

PLEASE , don't make use of a service like this use the link below for the gov.uk website (link in comments), ask for recommendations from friends and family, or ask on local groups.

PLEASE, don't pay for such a service.
