🏊‍♂️🖤❤️ WIGAN GALA – PREP & IMPORTANT INFORMATION ❤️🖤🏊‍♀️

We’re heading to Wigan this weekend, and this year’s gala is our busiest Wigan gala ever, with 40+ Oldham Seals swimmers entered! 🎉

That’s fantastic and shows how much the club is growing. With such a large team, we need everyone to work together and make sure the day runs smoothly.

Please make sure swimmers and parents are aware of the following:

☑️ Poolside safety
Swimmers must not leave the poolside, even to go to the toilet, without letting a Team Manager or Coach know first.

☑️ Bring your essentials
Please bring:
• 🩱 2 swim costumes – 1 spare
• 🥽 2 pairs of goggles – 1 spare
• 🏖️ 2 towels

☑️ Food & drinks
Bring sufficient food and drinks to keep you fuelled throughout the day. Please choose nutritious food where possible. Sweets are absolutely fine as a treat, but please be sensible! 🍌🥪💧

☑️ Listen & behave
With over 40 swimmers, it’s important that everyone listens to the Team Managers and Coaches and follows instructions on poolside.

There will be plenty of swimming, cheering and team spirit — but we need everyone to play their part! 💪🏊‍♂️

If you have any questions before the gala, please speak to one of the Team Managers or Coaches.

Good luck to everyone competing this weekend! 🖤❤️

COME ON SEALS! 🦭🏊‍♂️
