Adult/teens/Junior/Japanese/ Traditional Ju Jitsu sessions‼️
Juniors- Monday & Thursday 6pm
Seniors- Monday 7:30pm

‼️Our training is self defence based to include:

✅Striking: punches, kicks and more

✅Grappling: Throws, chokes, locks and escapes from grabs.

✅All ranges:
...⭐Standing free movement range
...⭐standing close range
...⭐on the ground.

✅Live training: Sparring against a resisting opponent in a variety of ways:
...⭐punches and kicks using boxing gloves
...⭐grappling with no strikes
...⭐mixed range sparring to include striking and grappling using MMA gloves

✅Progression through the WJJF Ireland belt system from beginner to black belt and beyond.

✅Open to all ages, backgrounds and abilities, male and female. We have teenagers who have moved up from the kids class up to people in their 50's and all ages in between.

⭐Build confidence, resilience, meet new people while getting fit and learning a new skill.

We keep things friendly and relaxed so everyone can work at their level or be pushed harder if you would like. Everyone trains for different reasons and all are welcome.
