What a lovely evening at the Run to Remember Gary Askin 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

It was fantastic to see so many of our club members taking part, alongside friends, family and neighbours. Well Done to all the Askin family and all of Gary’s friends for another fantastic event - a truly special evening of running, community and remembering Gary together 💚💛

🏃‍♂️ Run To Remember Gary Askin 2026🏃‍♀️

The 9th Annual Run To Remember Gary Askin takes place this Friday 28th August at 7pm sharp, starting and finishing at Emyvale GAA Grounds.

It’s a 5km walk/run via Emy Lake and everyone is welcome — runners, joggers, walkers, families & friends. Light refreshments afterwards too! ☕😊

This is the second last year, with the Run To Remember finishing after its 10th year next year, so it would be great to see a great crowd out supporting it. ❤️

It’s free to enter, with all donations going towards The Willowbridge Ward, Monaghan Hospital & The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
