The habits that quietly change everything
Health • Energy • Skin • Longevity
You don’t need a complicated routine or hundreds of supplements.
Sometimes the biggest results come from simple habits done every day.
☀️ Get morning sunlight
Even 10 minutes in the morning can help your sleep, mood, energy & body clock.
💧 Drink water before coffee
Start your day hydrated. It helps your energy, focus, digestion & skin.
🍳 Eat a protein breakfast
Aim for 30–40g of protein. It helps control cravings, supports muscle, and keeps your energy steady.
🥗 Cover your nutrition basics
Make sure you’re getting enough protein, carbs, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. Your body needs fuel to perform well.
🏋️♀️ Strength train at least 3 times per week
Muscle supports your metabolism, bones, posture, strength, blood sugar, and healthy aging. If you want to put your shoes on at 70, start now.
🚶♀️ Walk every day
Aim for around 10,000 steps if you can. Move between meetings, clients, get the kids out, take your dog or someones dog a walk..
😴 Prioritize sleep
Good sleep is essential for your body to recover, balances hunger hormones, improves energy & supports better skin.
🧘♀️ Manage stress
Take a few quiet minutes every morning before checking your phone. Breathe slowly. Protect your peace. Stress affects everything.
🌿 Spend time outside
Fresh air and nature can improve mood, reduce stress & help your body recover.
🤍 Protect your joy
Move your body, laugh more, listen to music, spend time with good people, and do things that make you feel alive.
💊 Use supplements when needed
Supplements can help. Vitamin D, omega-3, magnesium, and K2 may be useful for some people.
The biggest transformation doesn’t come from being perfect.
It comes from doing the simple things consistently.
Small habits. Big results.

Iron: A Hidden Performance Killer
Always tired?
Struggling with recovery?
Feeling weaker than usual?
Iron deficiency is common among active women and can affect energy, endurance, and performance.
Fun fact: Female athletes are at higher risk of iron deficiency due to training demands and menstrual blood loss.
Don't ignore chronic fatigue—sometimes it's more than "just being busy."

Carbs Are Not The Enemy
Some women train intensely and still avoid carbohydrates.
That's like trying to drive a sports car with no fuel.
Carbohydrates are your body's preferred energy source during high-intensity exercise.
Fun fact: Your brain alone uses around 20% of your body's energy needs.
Fuel your body. Don't fight it.

Training. Nutrition. Recovery. Skin care. 🥰
As a competitor we spend so much time perfecting our physique through training and nutrition.
But do we do the same for our skin?
Our skin is what showcases all the hard work on stage
🩷 Healthy skin enhances muscle definition.
💜 Proper skin prep helps your competition tan apply evenly.
💚 Looking after your skin supports recovery and protects your skin barrier.
🩵 It helps prevent breakouts, irritation & chafing from intense training.
🧡 Healthy skin builds confidence on stage, in photos & during check-ins.
We don’t skip our workouts or meals so the same should be with skin care, it’s all apart of prep.
Train hard.
Eat well.
Recover properly.
Take care of your skin.
