A school friend of mine has had the misery of looking for his son for several months now. Last seen near a dangerous part of the river. Our local authority do not and have not provided any life saving equipment in this area. Thomas ( the missing lads dad ) has offered to pay for life saving equipment kn the area in the hope that many lives will be saved in the future. Our local authority have knocked back the request of this and practicallt say its not a priority. No one knows what happend to Declan, he may not have even been near that area. But help this father and friend of many give hope he will help others for many years to come.
