𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗨𝘀 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁

We love seeing local families and young people out enjoying the village, and appreciate that there may not be a lot on offer for youngsters.

However, over the past few weeks, we’ve repeatedly arrived at the club to find gravel thrown onto the bowling green. Our small team of volunteers works extremely hard to maintain the green and surrounding grounds so everyone in our village can enjoy them. Gravel can easily ruin and cause lasting damage to the green, and create safety risks for our players.

We kindly ask everyone—especially parents, please have a quick chat with your youngsters—to remind them:

▪︎ Please stay off the bowling green at all times.
▪︎ Do not throw gravel, stones, or rubbish onto the green or surrounding areas.

Please be aware that we do have CCTV cameras installed around the grounds. While we really want to resolve this amicably within the village, if these issues continue, we will have no choice but to take the matter further and share footage with the relevant authorities.

Many thanks for your understanding.
