ποΈ GIVE BACK TO THE MOUNTAINS ποΈ
If thereβs one thing we know about our Peak members, itβs that they love a Munro (or two)! β°οΈπ
From weekend hikes to ticking off Munros, a lot of our members spend plenty of their free time exploring the Scottish hills, so supporting Tayside Mountain Rescue Team is a cause that feels especially close to home.
Recently, we raised Β£30 for Tayside Mountain Rescue through our Guess the Teddy Bear challenge! π§Έπ
It might seem like a small amount, but every donation helps support the incredible volunteers who are out there when people need them most.
A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and helped us raise the money.
We love seeing the Peak community getting out, staying active and enjoying everything Scotland has to offer outside of their classes and we're even happier when we can give something back along the way. π
Keep climbing, keep exploring and, most importantly, stay safe out there! ποΈ

π
MEMBERS ACHIEVEMENT π
The first weekend in August really was a special one for Peak! π
While some of the team were busy representing Peak at the Perth Energy Festival, another group of our Peak family were taking on the Perth Running Festival.
A massive well done to:
π John
π Anna
π Dougie
π Lyne
π Hilary
π Kerri
Whether it was the 7.5K or the Half Marathon, every one of you should be incredibly proud of your achievement. Events like these are a fantastic reminder of what consistency, determination and supporting one another can achieve.
π A special mention to Mark as well, who was there cheering everyone on and supporting our runners throughout the day. Having people there to encourage you can make all the difference and that's exactly what the Peak community is all about.
And of course, a special mention to Mike the Cone Guy! π𧑠He's not officially a Peak member, but after all the events and mountain hikes with our members, we think he's earned his place in the Peak family!
It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces out representing Peak, supporting each other and enjoying such a fantastic local event.
Congratulations to you all, we're incredibly proud of every one of you! ππ

πβ€οΈπ COACH DAN IS BACK! πβ€οΈπ
What a fantastic turnout this morning as we welcomed Coach Dan back to the team after a period out! ππͺ
And he certainly didnβt ease us into it! π
π₯
We kicked things off with some fast-paced leg agility work to get everyone moving, before heading into Danβs famous Fartlek training πββοΈπββοΈπ¨ followed by some tough EMOMs to really test the team.
We finished off with a strong upper-body and core set, a brilliant full-body Saturday morning session on the North Inch. πͺπ₯
It was absolutely fantastic to have Dan back coaching with us, and even better to see such a superb turnout to welcome him back! π
Huge effort from everyone this morning, plenty of hard work, encouragement, laughs and that brilliant PPS team spirit throughout.
Great to have you back, Dan! πβ€οΈπ
Have a fantastic weekend, everyone, youβve earned it! π
Together we are unstoppable.

π Last weekend was a huge one for Peak Performance Scotland!
From supporting the Perth Energy Festival to members taking on races across the Perthshire, it was a weekend that perfectly summed up what Peak is all about.
Over the next few days, we'll be celebrating some of those amazing achievements, but first...
A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their time to help us at the Perth Energy Festival. Whether you were a member, instructor, partner, friend or family member, your support helped make the weekend a huge success.
From setting up and packing away, chatting to visitors and running activities, to simply encouraging people to come over and see what Peak is all about, every single person played a part.
A few of the team even got involved in the Colour Run, proving that getting covered in every colour imaginable is apparently all part of the job! ππ
Peak has always been about more than fitness. It's about community, supporting one another and getting involved and this weekend was another reminder of just how special our Peak family is.
πΈ These photos only capture some of the amazing people who helped over the weekend, so if you're not pictured, please know your support was just as valued and appreciated.
Thank you all, we couldn't have done it without you. π

π§οΈ Rain didnβt stop usβ¦ it brought us together. πβ€οΈπ
Thereβs something special about training outdoors when the rain is pouring down. The smiles, the words of encouragement and the pat on the back all mean that little bit more. Those moments remind us that weβre not just working out, weβre sharing an experience together.
At Peak Performance Scotland, itβs never just about fitness. Itβs about building resilience, creating healthy habits, supporting one another and making memories that last long after the session has finished.
Our members embody everything PPS stands for community, determination, hard work, encouragement and friendship. Weβre incredibly grateful for every single one of you.
A huge well done to everyone who turned up this evening and embraced the conditions. You proved once again that a bit of rain is no barrier when youβve got the right attitude and an amazing team around you.
Why outdoor group fitness is so powerful:
βοΈ Fresh air and natural light to boost your mood and energy
βοΈ Builds resilience by showing up whatever the weather
βοΈ Training together keeps motivation and accountability high
βοΈ Functional, full-body workouts using the space around us
βοΈ A welcoming community with no mirrors, no judgement β just support
If it ainβt raining, it ainβt training! π§οΈπͺ
See you at the next session!

Coach Sarah put the team through a challenging full-body bodyweight workout this morning, proving once again that you donβt need equipment to get a fantastic session in! πͺπ₯
It was a smaller group today, with several of our members kindly volunteering their time at the Perth Energy Festival β a huge thank you to everyone representing our community. π
A few others are enjoying a well-earned rest ahead of the Perth Half Marathon tomorrow. We wish every one of you the very best of luck β go out there, enjoy it and do yourselves proud! πββοΈπββοΈ
