A huge well done to everyone who joined us this morning. The effort, motivation and support shown by the team was outstanding. Itβs amazing how we help each other keep moving, even when the legs are feeling tired!

Fantastic effort from everyone, plenty of hard work, encouragement and smiles along the way. Itβs always great to see the team pushing themselves and supporting each other.

π§οΈ A little rain was never going to stop us tonight πͺ
When we say no two sessions are the same, we mean it... tonight the logs made an appearance π
πͺ΅
The team took on a series of strength and cardio challenges around the park, combining overhead presses, squats, push-ups, mountain climbers, hill sprints, sit-ups and burpees.
There was plenty of teamwork, communication and encouragement needed throughout, especially when the logs started feeling heavier with every round π
There were even threats of soaking the logs to make them heavier... although we're not sure anyone was volunteering to help with that idea π€£
A massive well done to everyone who took part tonight. You all worked incredibly hard and made the most of every station π
And special mention to Andy G... who may or may not have had a few words to say when the burpees made an appearance π

That's one of the things we love most about Peak Performance Scotland. Every session is different, every session is challenging, but you'll always have your teammates beside you helping you through it π

This morning Coach Sofiia put the team through a challenging full-body workout to set everyone up for the day ahead, and as always the effort and attitude from the team was outstanding. ππ₯
A special mention to Jenny who joined us this morning and did a brilliant job keeping Alexander in check, making sure every rep was completed and with the correct form too! πβ
Itβs always great to see the encouragement, support and good humour that makes our sessions so special.

Coach Julia put the team through a varied and high-energy circuit session tonight, mixing battle ropes, slamballs, shuttles, power bags, weighted plates and bodyweight exercises to keep everyone working hard from start to finish. πͺπ₯
Plenty of sweat, determination and teamwork on display tonight with the whole group pushing each other on and giving maximum effort throughout every station. The atmosphere and camaraderie were brilliant as always, with everyone digging deep and encouraging one another right to the final whistle. π
Massive well done team, strong work all round and great to see everyone continuing to challenge themselves and improve week after week.

Mind over matter this morning at Peak Performance Scotland πͺπ₯
The team took on a decreasing set from 10 down to 1 featuring lunges, burpees, sit ups and squatsβ¦ and donβt forget each side for the lunges plus there and back on every shuttle run! π

A real test of grit, determination and teamwork with each member accumulating over 4 miles in shuttle runs by the end of the session π
Massive well done to everyone this morning for digging deep and pushing through right to the finish. β€οΈππ
Happy Birthday to Kathryn who somehow managed to keep it a secretβ¦ although she now owes the team birthday burpees! ππ€£
Good luck as well to Dougie and the team taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival this weekend, smash it guys! π

A great mix of strength, cardio and teamwork with everyone giving 100% effort from start to finish. Itβs fantastic to see the continued progress, determination and support everyone shows each other week after week. π
The session was rounded off with a tough finisher on the 100 metre running track, digging deep right to the very end! πββοΈπ₯
