As most of you know, I'll be off for my wedding and then heading away shortly afterwards, so please make a note of the following dates.

⚠️ Please note: There will be no No Gi class on Friday 24th July.

I’ll be away on my stag from Thursday 28th and classes will be limited until I return on Thursday 4th.

The following classes will still be running as normal:

Friday Morning No Gi – 7:00 AM

Friday Women’s Only – 8:00 PM

Tuesday No Gi – 7:00 PM

Wednesday Gi – 7:00 PM

All other classes will be paused during this time.
