🐴✨HOBBY HORSE ENTHOUSIASTS✨🐴

Putting feelers out… would there be interest in a weekly hobby horse rally? On a Sunday morning?

And a monthly hobby horse arena eventing competition?

Let me know your thoughts!

Sorry Iv been a little hush hush on here 🤫. Iv been a busy bee in the back ground , working hard to enhance our skills and bring new things to the table .

At the moment my books are full with a waiting lists in place - apart from a few private 1-1 sessions on a Saturday afternoon available .

I do however have some space available for our October holiday stuff . This is a great way to see what we do , see where we are , meet the ponies and also meet me in a totally low stress fun environment.

All the details and dates are on the picture attached . Once these sessions are full I am then full for October holidays .

Thank you to each and everyone of you for your continued support ❤️🦄. I appreciate every single one of you .

LOOKING TO BORROW – EARLY 1900s DAIRY EQUIPMENT 🥛🐄

I’m looking for some traditional dairy items to borrow for a hands-on activity exploring milk and dairy life in Perthshire in the early 1900s.

I’m particularly interested in anything connected with milking, cream, butter and cheese making, including:

🥛 Old milk pails, milk cans, strainers, jugs or measures
🧈 Butter churns, butter paddles/hands, butter moulds or stamps
🧀 Cheese moulds/hoops, presses, cheese cloths or other cheese-making equipment
🥛 Cream skimmers, cream separators or dairy bowls
⚖️ Old scales and weights used for dairy produce
🪵 Wooden dairy utensils
📷 Old photographs of dairy work, farms, milkmaids or cheese/butter making
📖 Old recipe books, farm diaries or family records mentioning dairy work
🍶 Old milk bottles, cream pots or dairy containers

I’m particularly interested in items from Perthshire or surrounding areas, and would love anything that has a family story or local connection attached to it.

They don’t need to be perfect or museum-quality – well-used household/farm items are exactly what I’m looking for!

If you have anything tucked away in a shed, attic, cupboard or family collection that I could borrow for the activity, please comment below or send me a message. I’d take great care of anything lent to me and return it afterwards.

Thank you! 🐄

We have decided to do things a little different this October holidays.
We won’t be doing our usual camps or clubs as my mother in law is getting a knee operation, so won’t have extra child care.

This year we have decided to do a meet the ponies .

All details are in the poster.

We hope you guys will be as excited as us for this and it will be a lovely way of spending time with the ponies and doing something a little different ❤️❤️🦄🦄

Please contact Perthshire trekking centre to book in not us here at Minds and Manes , as I won’t be able to help 🦄🦄🦄
