!! SUCCESSFUL OPEN DAY !!
A busy day at the Den, with some potential new students coming down to give wrestling a try! They were joined by some of our more advanced students & they all did great! If you missed out, we will announce another open day again in the future, or you can come down & join our fundamentals class (or kids class for the kids!)

!! OPEN DAY INFO !!
Thank you to everyone who has registered interest in our open day! It looks like it is going to be a busy day! Please make your way down between 12 & 3pm, & we will be happy to show you our facility, & if you want to take you through some basics! If you have previous experience, then hopefully we can teach you something new also!
Our address is Harbour Avenue PL5 1BH. The picture shows the entrance to our car park - please ensure you are parked within the marked spaces, and please reverse park (as per site rules)
It is going to be a warm day, so we recommend shorts, a t shirt or 2, some clean trainers (or you can train in socks), & some water.
