2 years as a PT.
2 years of learning & growing as a coach!
I’ve worked with a whole bunch of wonderful people helping them achieve their goals and kickstart their journey in the gym.
I’ve done things I never thought I’d do and trained for things just to experience what it’d be like so that I can support my clients better.
I’ve been doing this full time for almost an entire year and it’s been a pretty good so far. Being able to put all my energy into learning new skills and building my business has been an absolute game charger!
Can only get more knowledge, stronger and more confident as a coach from here 💪💫

May goals!
I write my goals down each month: some change and some stay the same. Not because I failed them previously but they are a work in progress or just part of the life I want to live.
I find having goals and being present in what I want to achieve means I’m more likely to stick to it in the long run.
It’s taken me a few months but I’ve found a good balance between strength training and running. Managed by proper fuelling and ensuring I’m resting enough to give everything I’ve got.
Roll on May and everything it brings 💪☀️

Memories of March!
March has definitely had its ups and downs but we’ve made it through!
Looking forward to more sunset runs, van adventures and day spent in the sun with Pip 🤗
