Do you hate watching yourself dance on camera? πŸ‘€πŸ˜‚

You might want to start!

It can actually be one of the best ways to improve.

πŸŽ₯ Spot mistakes – You can see things you might not notice while dancing.

πŸ‘€ Check your technique – Look at your posture, lines, arms and feet.

⏱️ Work on timing – See whether you're hitting the music at the right moment.

πŸ’ƒ Track your progress – Compare an old video with a new one and see how far you've come!

πŸͺž See what your audience sees – A video gives you a different perspective than dancing in front of a mirror.

It might feel awkward at first, but trust us, it WORKS! πŸ₯Ήβœ¨

Three tiny steps that can make your dancing look SO much smoother! πŸ‘€πŸ’ƒ

Meet the Pas de Bo***Γ©e!

It's a travelling step made up of three quick weight changes, usually done one foot after the other. You’ll often see it used to transition between movements, travel across the floor, or add a little extra flow to choreography. ✨

Have you tried a Pas de Bo***Γ©e before? πŸ‘‡

Want to get active but absolutely HATE boring workouts? πŸ‘€πŸ˜‚

We get it. Sometimes the thought of going to the gym, staring at a treadmill and counting down the minutes sounds anything but fun.

So why not dance your way into fitness instead? πŸ”₯

You don't need to be a dancer. You don't need to be super fit. You just need to turn up and be willing to give it a go.

Your workout doesn't have to feel like punishment.

Come dance with us! πŸ’ƒπŸ€

What's one thing you've gained from dancing besides technique? πŸ’ƒ

For many people, it's so much more than learning the steps. It could be confidence, lifelong friendships, happy memories, or simply a place where you can be yourself. ✨

Can you believe we have little dancers starting from just 3 years old?! πŸ₯ΉπŸ’ƒ

Yes, really! Our tiniest dancers are already moving, learning and having SO much fun in class. πŸ₯°

At this age, it's all about exploring movement, building confidence, learning to listen and, most importantly, having fun!πŸ’•

So if you've got a little one who loves music and can't stop dancing around the house, why not let them dance with us? πŸ’ƒ

They might just surprise you with how much they can learn! 🌟

Want to be your young dancer's biggest cheerleader? Here's how! πŸ‘€πŸ’ƒπŸ€

You don't need to know every dance term or practise the choreography with them. Sometimes, the little things make the biggest difference.

✨ Celebrate their progress – Notice the effort, not just the performance.

πŸ‘ Be their biggest supporter – Cheer them on, whether they're performing on stage or simply learning a new move.

🧘 Don't put pressure on them – Let dance be something they enjoy, rather than something they feel they have to be perfect at.

🎢 Encourage practice – Help them find time to practise, but keep it positive and fun.

πŸ’¬ Ask about their class – Instead of just asking, β€œDid you do well?”, try β€œWhat was your favourite part today?”

❀️ Let them enjoy the journey – Every dancer develops at their own pace. Give them the space to grow, make mistakes and discover what they love about dance.

And sometimes, the best thing you can say is simply:

β€œI'm proud of you. Keep going!” πŸ₯Ήβœ¨

Turns? Leaps? Floorwork? Or is there one move that makes you think, β€œOh no, not this again!” πŸ˜‚

Tell us yours in the comments! πŸ‘‡

πŸ’ͺ Build strength – Jumps, movements and routines get your whole body working.

🧠 Boost confidence – Learn new skills and surprise yourself with what you can do.

🎢 Have fun – Great music, big energy and plenty of laughs!

πŸ‘― Meet new people – Make friends while learning something new together.

So, when are you joining us? πŸ‘€πŸ“£

Nervous before you dance? We get it, we've been there too! πŸ˜…πŸ’ƒ

That little voice saying β€œWhat if I forget the steps?” or β€œWhat if everyone is watching me?” can be loud. But don't let it stop you from enjoying the moment.

Here are a few things that can help:

🌬️ Take a breath – Before you start, take a slow, deep breath and give yourself a moment to settle.

🎢 Listen to the music – Instead of worrying about the next move, focus on the music and let it guide you.

πŸ’ƒ Don't aim for perfect – Mistakes happen. Keep moving and carry on. Most people won't even notice!

😊 Enjoy yourself – Let yourself smile, have fun, and remember why you started dancing in the first place.

And if your nerves show up? That's completely normal.

You don't have to wait until you're confident to dance. Sometimes, dancing is how you build that confidence. 🀍✨
