Lane swim - 7:15-8:45am
Family swim - 10-10:45am
Lane swim 11am-2pm
Adult only gentle swim - 2:15-3pm

No fitness classes will be running on bank holiday Monday

Fitness class update
Please note this Friday will be the last Friday evening spin session , we will then be removing it from the timetable . Over the next few weeks we will be adding another spin session on a Wednesday evening at 6pm, this session will be instructed by Mike . The start date for this session will be announced asap.

Even though the Friday spin session is ending please note that Erin will still be continuing with her great pump classes on a Tuesday evening and Friday morning .

Just a reminder that the pool will be closed today due to pool maintenance , if all goes to plan the lane swim at 5:30pm will take place . All other facilities remain open as normal

Due to annual pool maintenance the swimming pool will be closed during the day on Friday 14th August , the lane swim session at 5:30 should be able to go ahead as planned .
The rest of the facilities within the centre will be open as normal

No soft play session tomorrow morning and due to the flooring refurb in the fitness studio the pump class will take place in the hall at the slightly later time of 10:15am

Just a reminder that both our children’s and adult swimming lessons will run as normal this week . We will then break for August and return from WC 7th September . All swim lessons direct debits have been frozen for August

Our card machine has stopped working and a replacement will not arrive until tomorrow , therefore if you are attending the centre today please bring cash for payment .
