A rare afternoon off work for Justin, so there was only one place he was heading… bass fishing! 🌊
Fishing with live bait, he had six runs, converting three of them into three cracking bass. 🐟🐟🐟
Not a bad result for an afternoon away from the shop!

Community is what angling is all about. 🎣
Days like today remind us why we love being part of the fishing community.
A huge shout-out to Wayne “The Shore Hunter” for everything he does to encourage and inspire anglers of all ages. It’s always great to see someone with such a positive presence online pop into the shop. People like Wayne don’t just create content – they help grow the sport, pass on knowledge, and encourage the next generation to pick up a rod.
Speaking of the next generation, we’d like to wish Kyran the very best of luck on his fishing journey. We were delighted to help him get started with a rod, and we hope it’s the beginning of many memorable days on the water. Tight lines, Kyran – we can’t wait to see your first catches! 👏🎣
Fishing has always been about more than just catching fish. It’s about community, sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and giving back whenever we can. 🎣 Another successful guided session for Justin! 🎣
Another two happy clients out with Justin today, proving his expertise once again.
A huge thank you to Oakley and Reece, father and son, for booking a guided trip. The fishing was slow going, with only five bites producing four fish, but quality certainly made up for quantity!
The highlight of the session was that both Oakley and Reece landed personal best bass—a day they’ll remember for a long time.
Justin felt the high sun during the stage of the tide made the fishing more challenging, but his experience still put the lads onto the fish when it mattered.
The best compliment of the day came from the clients themselves:
