Purpose built aerial arts studio, with fantastic facilities, including 6 competition poles,5 aerial hoops, 2 sets of aerial silks and two trapezes. Our instructors are all fully qualified national and international champions with a wealth of knowledge. We teach all levels from beginners to elite, day and night classes throughout the week. We offer free unlimited practice sessions throughout the week and week end. Our junior flyers is one of the largest children's aerial schools in the country already producing champions.We have a friendly family atmosphere suitable for all ages.

I am SOOOO excited for our very first New Mums’ Club starting next month in Prestatyn! This is going to be so special! 🥹

Four weeks to go and now only TWO spaces left!

I created The New Mums’ Club because I truly believe you were never meant to do motherhood alone. 🤍

These early months can be beautiful, but they can also be exhausting, overwhelming and sometimes surprisingly lonely.

So I wanted to create somewhere that wasn’t just another baby class, but a space for Mamas too. 🥰

If you’re a new mum and you’d like to feel part of a supportive and nurturing village where you can talk honestly, ask questions and learn some helpful tips and information along the way, this is for YOU.

Over 5 weeks we’ll share coffee, cake, honest conversations, practical support and plenty of those “oh thank goodness, it’s not just me!” moments. 🤍

Sessions will include:
🌿 The fourth trimester & settling baby
🩹 Baby first aid taster with Mini First Aid Wrexham Flintshire Conwy & Denbighshire
🥦 Weaning tips and advice
🤍 Returning to exercise with postnatal fitness expert Amy | Pre&Post Natal PT | Mum
💖 Celebrating your journey through motherhood

There will also be access to a supportive WhatsApp group of ready-made mum friends to arrange lots of coffee dates and pram walks!

All sessions are completely laid back and informal.
Your baby can cry (and you can too if you need to!).
You can feed, change or cuddle baby.
You can arrive exhausted.
You don’t have to have it all together.
You just have to come as you are.

And hopefully, by the end of those 5 weeks, you’ll have more than some useful tips…
You’ll have found your village. 🌿

We had two amazing girls competing yesterday at fly high Sophie and Marnie 💜 Both girls did an amazing job of their routines and we are very proud of them .
A special shout out to Marnie who although she was very nervous and felt sick managed to win her category👏🏻👏🏻
She then went on to win top scorer out if all the juniors 🤩.
Then shocking us all with joint top score of the day alongside the adult category 😱😱🥰👏🏻x An amazing achievement for her very first finals competition. Well done Marnie ❤️🔥

A safe, calm and nurturing space for new mums to connect, learn and find your village. 🥰

Imagine walking into a room with your baby after a difficult morning.
Nobody minds that you’re late.
Nobody minds that your baby is crying.
Someone hands you a cup of tea.
You sit down.
That thing you’ve been worrying about? Another mum says, “Mine does that too.”
You learn something useful.
You have a piece of cake.
You take ten minutes to breathe.
And when you leave, you don’t feel quite so alone.

That’s The New Mums’ Club. 🤍

This is a 5 week journey through the early days of motherhood.

Each week there will be:

Over the five weeks we’ll cover topics such as:

There’ll be guest professionals, practical support, baby massage, relaxation, lots of time to chat and ask questions (and plenty of hot drinks and cake!) — and absolutely no expectation that you or your baby have to be “perfect”.
Your baby can cry (and so can you, if you want!). You can arrive exhausted. You can feed, change or cuddle your baby whenever you need to.
This is a safe space to come exactly as you are.
Because sometimes what a new mum needs most isn’t another piece of advice.
It’s someone saying:
“I’ve been there too.”
