Our dancers, aka Silver Vixens, had a fabulous time in Josh’s The Silver Fox | Ballet Workshops last Sunday at the Silver Swans Celebration! He always brings a brilliant experience that leaves our dancers buzzing for days! 🌟🌟🌟

What a FABULOUS day we had yesterday at the Silver Swans Celebrations! 🌟

It was wonderful meeting so many dancers and teachers from outside our Berkshire bubble, all to celebrate our love of inclusive dance! 🙌🏼

It was a particularly exciting one for me this time as I made my Royal Academy of Dance HQ teaching debut, delivering 3 jazz classes across the day! I certainly felt it this morning (before I shook it off on my Silver Swans class)!

Thank you to all those who attended for bringing fantastic energy and trust, resulting in some brilliant dancing! ✨

At Dance with Sonia Brown our mission is to share our passion for dance with all adults, no matter their dance background! We’ve been bursting at the seams after the success of our award-winning classes - which has seen adults perform on tv, for the late Queen Liz 2nd, and on tour in Athens - so it’s time to reduce our waiting lists and include you guys in the fun! 🫶🏻

BRING YOUR OWN BABY!👶🏻 Our final new class to be announced, launching this September with , and we’re so excited for it! 🌟

BYOBaby is an upbeat, jazz-inspired dance fitness class for adults who want to move, laugh and feel good -without needing to leave your baby behind.

For one hour, you’ll dance to feel-good pop tunes, enjoy easy-to-follow routines, and take a moment to reconnect with yourself. Sing along if you want to, pause when you need to, and know that feeding, cuddles and baby interruptions are completely welcome here.

Suitable for those caring for babies aged 12 weeks to preschool.
