Here’s how we’d spend an overnight stay in Swaledale.
Start with coffee at the Cafe, before heading out on the Swale Trail. This signposted, easy-going route follows the River Swale. Or you can hire/ bring your own bike and try out one of the many routes that start and end at the Dales Bike Centre🌄

After the ride, return to Dales Bike Centre for some proper post-ride food or 'Cake O'clock', take the short walk into to one of 4 great pubs, then settle into one of our cosy glamping Mega-Pods 🛏

The following morning, wander back over for breakfast before deciding whether it’s time to head home, or explore a little more of Swaledale 🍳

With accommodation, bike hire, local route knowledge, secure bike storage and the Cafe all in one place, it’s an easy base for a Yorkshire Dales cycling weekend 🚲

Santa Cruz Vala Lite XT
A bonnie looking bike collected at the weekend..
Gloss slate blue is a great colour, just a shame we struggled to get decent photos in the early morning light. Carbon C frameset, Fox Float Performance front and rear suspension, Reserve wheelset, Shimano XT groups and brakes and One-Up finishing kit complete the package. Bosch Powermore extended spec'd by the customer and Invisiframe kit fitted to protect the paintwork and look.
Just a stunning bike which rides so well!

Cervelo Aspero carbon frame and fork gravel bike, they're fast, responsive, designed for competitive gravel racing but at equally home exploring moorland tracks and byways... Quickly!
Just 6 months old, we've had this 56cm through our workshop for full service, new chain, new bar tape, new gear cables, new tyres set up tubeless and a deep clean. These bikes look almost as new! This 56cm is ready to go with a 54cm going through the workshop next..
