🏉 New Players Welcome – Join Our U11s Team!
U10s season has come to an end but as we look ahead to next season, as U11s we're excited to welcome new players to the team!
Rugby is a fantastic sport for children of all abilities. It helps build confidence, teamwork, resilience and respect, while improving fitness, coordination and communication skills.
Most importantly, it's a great way to make friends, have fun and be part of a supportive team environment.
Whether your child has played rugby before or is completely new to the game, they'll receive a warm welcome from our coaches, players and families.
If your child is moving into Year 6 in September and would like to give rugby a try, we'd love to hear from you.

What a fantastic way to end our U10s rugby season! 🏉
Tonight’s training session was all about fun, with parents vs kids… and of course, the kids came out on top (although I heard parents might have let them win 😉).
To make the evening even better, they then got to join the U11s for some slip and slide fun — the perfect way to celebrate the end of a brilliant season.
This season has been a huge success, full of growth and progress. We’ve welcomed new players, celebrated some great wins, learned from a few losses, and had plenty of games called off thanks to the Welsh weather! 🌧️
A huge thank you to our coaches, who have put so much into this team and dedicated so much of their time and energy throughout the season. Your commitment means so much to all of us.
We truly love our rugby family ❤️
Now all that’s left is our presentation night, where we can celebrate in style and look back on an amazing season together 🎉🏆

Great day at the Pontypridd RFC Rugby Festival 🦓

Tough games throughout, but the squad showed a superb attitude and came away with 2 strong wins. A brilliant experience for everyone involved, and great to see the team sticking together and continuing to improve throughout the season.
Plenty to build on going forward — proud of all the players.

Our Treorchy RFC U10s are heading to Pontypridd RFC this Sunday, 19th April, to take part in their Festival of Rugby! 💪🔥
Before the season comes to a close its a great opportunity for the team to test themselves, enjoy the game, and make some brilliant memories against strong opposition.
Great effort last night from our U10s! 💪 Your “never say die” attitude was brilliant, and you should all be proud of how you kept battling against one of the toughest, most well-drilled teams we’ve faced.
Some fantastic tries scored and a great team performance throughout, with plenty for us to keep building on in training.
Huge congratulations to Jaxon on a well deserved Player of the Match! 👏

Absolutely brilliant performance from the Zebras today in some horrible conditions! 🦓💪
Back in January we played Merthyr and lost by just one try, so today’s result really shows how much this little team has improved. They had 18 players to our 11, but the kids dug deep and still came away with a huge win. Outstanding effort from everyone in both attack and defence – the improvements week by week are fantastic to see.
A big well done to Jake Player of the Match. Thoroughly deserved today with some incredibly strong ball carrying 👏
We’re really proud of the kids.

Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing rugby m**s! 💐🏉
Thank you for the early mornings, muddy kit washing, sideline cheering, and endless lifts to training and matches.
We hope you all get a well-deserved day of appreciation… even if it’s spent on the sidelines of a rugby pitch! 😄
Good luck to the kids today as Treorchy U10s take on Merthyr RFC U10s.
The best Mother’s Day gift they can give is plenty of effort, teamwork, and maybe even a try or two!

Great to finally be back playing games after so many games called off. The boys put in a fantastic effort and played their hearts out today!
It was a really close game and although we just lost in the end, the match was called early and we felt that with a bit more time it could easily have gone our way.
Most importantly, it’s brilliant to see how much the team has improved. The skills we’ve been working on are really starting to come together and the progress is obvious for everyone to see. The standard of rugby from the kids today was fantastic and we’re incredibly proud of the effort they all put in. 💪🏉
Player of the Match this game goes to Bobby. He was like a young Rhys Carre carrying the ball today. Well done Bobby! 👏
