Experiments are going well! Our first batch of croissants using 100% flour which is grown, harvested, milled and baked right here, on the farm. Now that’s unique.

New bakers, same ovens.

Tomorrow we will be ‘soft’ launching the bakery during the Spring Tasting at Court Farm. We’ve been hard at work fine tuning our offering and getting ready to take Tim’s work to the next level! Come down for a chat, we’ll have samples to taste and tasty things to purchase.

😢last one before I start my new job, this Saturday 10.15am - 1pm (please note the earlier stop time) if rain is forecast then I will be at Cuxton social club instead. Once it’s gone it’s gone!

Sadly it’s the last Cuxton pop-up tomorrow (21/2) I will be there at the usual time of 10am til 1pm with all the usual sweet treats and breads. I can only fit so much in the van so once it’s gone it’s gone. See you tomorrow
