BridgeBallet Adults Helping busy, lonely or bored adults transform their lives through dance. Drop us a line to book a trial class on us. Fridays:
10am adult Ballet at the Vines.

Through our ballet & tap classes our dancers get to make friends, keep active, create a breathing space in their lives. Timetable:

Tuesdays:
9am Early Bird Adult Ballet
3pm Silver Swans/Beginners' ballet (no upper age limit!) &
6.30 pm Adult Ballet Technique classes at the Peninsula Hall Strood with Bridge Academy of Performing Arts. Wednesdays:
RAD Intermediate Foundation for Adults at The Vines Church Hall
with the Bridge Academy of Performing Arts. Saturdays:
10-11am Fun Ballet Class for adults & 11am RAD Grade 3 for Adults at the Vines Church Hall. Join the fun, and get active without even realising. Go to BridgeBallet.club to join our recorded class membership scheme. Former professional dancer Clare and graduate of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) on their Professional Dancer's Teaching Diploma. Available for private coaching for auditions, exams and performances on request too. See you in class.

THE IN-BETWEENS! THE TRANSITIONS!

Indulge and master your transition movements. The walks, runs, chassés, pas de bourrés, the coupés, sur le coup de pied placements, the pliés before and after jumps. Master these!

All of the dance jumps and turns are wonderful; nonetheless, fully dancing your transitions is what makes you a dancer and not simply someone who can do a bunch of tricks.
