Could Houlton make it into the 2027 Rugby Calendar? 📸

Entries are now open for this year's Rugby Calendar Competition and we'd love to see some familiar shots of Houlton views in the final twelve!

It could be your favourite view, a great sunset, local wildlife or a moment you've captured at one of our community events.

You can enter up to three photos for £1, and entries are completely free for under 18s.

Did you hear about the latest news for Houlton?

A brand new Multi Use Games Area is planned for the site opposite the play park! ⛹️‍♀️

Last year, teenagers from Houlton School worked alongside the Urban & Civic team and Jupiter Play to shape a space they actually want to use. It will include climbing, basketball and even a street workout zone

Plans are now heading to Rugby Borough Council and we will share more information as soon as possible so keep your eyes peeled 👀

In the late 1920s, this site was busy with engineers and workers helping to build Rugby Radio Station.📻

Today, it's just as full of life. Families gathering at community events and people coming together to make Houlton the community it is today!

As we celebrate 100 years of Rugby Radio Station, it's a reminder that while the site has changed over the years, people have always been at the heart of its story.

The Houlton Youth Games are tomorrow! We will be there from 11am - 3pm at The Houlton Sports Pitches so feel free to swing by at any time.🏃

We can't wait to see you there for a day of sport, teamwork and plenty of fun! We've got something for all ages there so it's a perfect day out for the whole family.

Don't forget to bring:
