I wish I knew 🫠
How much dysregulation was quietly running the show.
Inflammation. Stress. Poor sleep. Pain. Injury. Hormones all over the bloody place. Feeling wired but exhausted.
And still carrying on like, “I’m fine.”
Obviously I wasn’t fine.
I was just used to functioning in fight or flight.
As women, we get so good at pushing through that we almost make it part of our personality.
School run. Work. Kids. Food shop. Everyone else’s needs. Then maybe, if there’s anything left, ourselves....
sorry what?? 😤
Your body will keep score.
And at some point, it WILL throw something at you.
For me, it was an injury that took months to recover from. Months. Not a little rest and bounce back situation. Proper forced slowing down.
And it was fu***ng hard!!
But it also made me realise I cannot keep ignoring what my body is trying to tell me.
Your nervous system matters.
Your inflammation matters.
Your stress load matters.
Your recovery matters.
This stuff catches up with you in the end. Usually at the worst possible time, in a way you did not see coming.
So if your body is whispering at you now, don’t wait until it starts screaming.
Are you actually listening to your body at the minute, or are you still in “just get through it” mode? 💪

Rita got up FIRST
😤
Rita is in her 80s.
And like so many people, she’d sort of accepted that getting older meant things were just going to get harder.
Getting up off the sofa.
Getting out of a chair.
Moving around the house without that horrible “oh god, here we go” moment.
That was starting to become a real struggle for her.
And that affects EVERYTHING.
Your confidence.
Your independence.
Your mobility.
Your day to day life.
So she had 30 minutes on the PEMF machine.
We used the Vitality Wand.
And 30 minutes later....
She got herself up off the sofa FIRST TIME.
Sorry what??!!
That is bloody amazing.
And this is why I cannot keep quiet about PEMF.
Because so many people are just accepting ageing as this slow decline where your body stops working and you just have to put up with it.
No.
No no no.
I’ve seen what this can do.
PEMF is helping people move better.
Feel better.
Get more confident in their own body again.
And for someone like Rita, that is HUGE 💪
You do not have to just accept that life is over because you’re getting older.
If you’ve got someone in your life who’s struggling with mobility, getting up from chairs, stiffness, pain, or just feeling like their body is giving up on them....
Please tell them about this.
Who do you know that needs to hear this?
This was a bit mad 🤯
In the reel I’m using the PEMF wand on a hairdresser who’s been struggling with that big build up of tension at the back of her neck.
You know that little “hump” area where everything just seems to sit?
Neck tightness.
Shoulders solid.
Pain that’s been there so long you almost just accept it as normal.
And hairdressers are literally stood all day, arms up, head forward, working in the same positions over and over again....
so no wonder her body was like, excuse me?? 😤
We worked through her neck and shoulders with the wand and she felt relief pretty much straight away.
But the mad bit....
her arm actually jolted.
Which sounds a little crazy, I know 😂
But this is why I get so excited about PEMF. It’s not just “a nice massagey thing”. It’s working with the body on a cellular level.
You can SEE the body responding.
And when someone walks in with pain and walks out going “oh my god, that feels better”....
I cannot keep quiet about that. It’s too powerful 💪
Would you try this if your neck and shoulders are constantly tight?
If so DM me PEMF and let’s get you booked in for a complimentary session
Your missing element
🫠
Okay, so PEMF therapy is one of those things that sounds a bit woo woo until you actually understand what it’s doing.
It’s basically getting a charge back into the body.
And that charge is literally what so many of us are missing.
Food, water, sleep, movement....
But energy?
Cellular charge?
That’s the fifth element of health, as they say.
And this is why so many of us are walking around feeling like absolute s**t and thinking it’s just “normal” 😤
10 things PEMF can support:
1. Reducing pain
2. Better sleep
3. Calming stress
4. Supporting cardiovascular health
5. Improving mood
6. Better cognitive function
7. More energy
8. Melting inflammation
9. Increasing serotonin and dopamine
10. Supporting bone health
Which, when you actually look at that list....
Sorry wtf?!
Why are we not talking about this MORE??
This isn’t about replacing the basics. You still need to eat well, move your body, hydrate, get daylight, all of that.
But if your body is undercharged, inflamed, stressed, knackered and running on fumes....
PEMF is one of the tools that can help switch things back ON.
I’ve seen what it can do and I genuinely cannot gatekeep it.
If you’re curious, comment “PEMF” and I’ll send you some info on how it works and what it could support for you.
Training harder, getting nowhere 🫠
This is what really happens when you go to the gym 6 x per week....
You feel smug for about 4 days.
Then suddenly everything hurts.
Your lifts feel s**t.
You’re starving.
You’re snappy.
Your sleep goes weird.
Your steps drop off.
And leg day feels like a personal attack.
Sorry what?? 😤
First things first.
I LOVE training.
I want you lifting weights.
I want you getting stronger.
I want you feeling like a capable human who can carry the Tesco bags in one trip and not need a lie down after.
But more sessions does not automatically mean better results.
Especially if you’re dragging yourself in exhausted, under-eating, doing f**k all recovery and then wondering why your body feels like it’s fighting you.
That’s not discipline.
That’s just flogging yourself into the ground!!
And most women don’t need 6 gym sessions a week.
They need 3 or 4 solid sessions.
Progressive overload.
Decent food.
Enough protein.
Actual rest days.
Walking.
Sleep.
Water.
The boring s**t that actually works.
Train hard, yes.
But recover like you actually want your body to respond.
Otherwise you’re not building.
You’re just collecting fatigue.
And that is why you feel flat, inflamed, hungry and like your workouts are getting harder every week 💪
Are you training 6 x per week because you love it, or because you feel guilty doing less?
Better than red light
🫠
I’m going to say this carefully because I’ve actually never been a “red light girl”.
I’ve not got some dramatic story where I binned off my panel and converted overnight.... 😂
But I have found PEMF and I genuinely cannot keep quiet about it.
So the difference, in very simple terms:
Red light therapy uses light wavelengths.
It works more on the surface level.
Skin, collagen, inflammation, mitochondrial support, that sort of thing.
PEMF uses pulsed electromagnetic fields.
Magnetic energy.
It penetrates much DEEPER and works with the electrical charge of your cells, circulation, recovery, pain, sleep and nervous system regulation.
And the bit I love is how simple it is.
You sit down.
Feet on the plates.
That’s it.
No complicated setup.
No trying to find another hour in your already ridiculous day.... because who has that?? 😤
I’ve seen what this can do and it is so, so exciting!!
I cannot gatekeep it.
Have you tried red light or PEMF before? Or are you like, what on earth is PEMF? 💪

Sleep comes FIRST 🫠
As a coach, this is one of the first things I look at.
Not because it’s sexy content.
Not because people love being told to go to bed earlier.
But because if you’re not sleeping, your nervous system is basically living in fight or flight.
And when you’re in that state?
Your body isn’t repairing properly.
Your cravings are worse.
Your patience is on the floor.
Your workouts feel horrific.
Your motivation disappears by 3pm.
You’re snappy with your kids, your partner, the dog, the bloody dishwasher.... all of it 😤
So yes, we can talk calories.
We can talk steps.
We can talk training.
But if your sleep is a car crash, everything else becomes SO much harder than it needs to be.
This is why I’m so excited about PEMF.
It helps the nervous system switch out of that stressed, wired, fight or flight state.
Then the body can calm.
Then you can actually sleep.
And once sleep improves, everything starts to interlock.
Recovery improves.
Energy improves.
Mood improves.
Exercise feels possible again.
You start feeling like yourself again!!
And no, this isn’t usually the first thing most coaches go to.
But for me, it makes no sense to keep pushing harder when your body is screaming for safety and rest 💪
Is your sleep the first thing that falls apart when life gets stressful?
The biggest thing we see is women struggling with sleep …
Valerie almost didn’t come.
She booked at the last minute, something told her she needed to.
After experiencing PEMF therapy, this is how she described it…
⚡️ “I feel rejuvenated.”
⚡️ “I’ve got a pep in my step.”
⚡️ “My knees don’t feel as tense.”
⚡️ “The biggest thing now is improving my sleep.”
Every person experiences PEMF differently, but seeing Valerie leave feeling lighter, more energised and hopeful is exactly why I do what I do.
If you’ve been feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, struggling with aches, poor sleep or simply feel like your body needs a reset, maybe it’s time to experience it for yourself.
Comment “PEMF” and I’ll send you more information or help you book your complimentary first session⚡️🙌🤩
The scale is just rude 🫠
Ladies, if you live in England, you’re probably gonna gain 3lbs this week.
Not fat.
Water.
I’ve literally gained a kilo and done NOTHING different.
Same food.
Same training.
Same steps.
Same boring little routine.
Then suddenly we get 3 days of heat and my body’s like....
“Lovely, I’ll just hold onto every drop of fluid I’ve ever seen.”
Excuse me?? 😤
Hot weather makes you retain more water.
Hard training can make you hold more water.
Sleeping like absolute s**t because your bedroom feels like a greenhouse can make you hold more water.
And then you step on the scale, see it’s up, and immediately start mentally cancelling carbs, snacks, dinner and your entire personality.
OR you hit the F**k it button!
Don’t.
This is why we cannot be emotionally bullied by one number on one random sweaty morning.
If you’ve not eaten loads more, moved loads less, or done anything massively different....
It’s probably water.
Keep drinking.
Keep salting your food.
Keep training.
Keep your head.
And please don’t go into a full spiral over a kilo that’ll probably disappear when the UK remembers it’s meant to be grey again 💪
Has your scale been taking the p**s this week too?
Just sayin…boring works ✅
