🚴‍♂️ PADDOX CYCLES – CLOSED TUESDAY 23RD JUNE 🚴‍♂️

Just a quick heads-up that Paddox Cycles will be closed on Tuesday 23rd June.

I’ll be heading over to the fantastic ABUS HQ in Wetter, Germany, along with visits to both factories, including the main production facility in Rehe. It’s a great opportunity to see first-hand how some of the industry’s leading helmets, locks and cycling products are designed and manufactured.

A big thanks to the team at Bob Elliot & Co Ltd and ABUS Cycling for inviting me along and hosting us. Really looking forward to it!!

Who knows, there may even be a few exciting things to bring back and share with you all! 👀

The shop will be open as normal on Wednesday…

…unless I decide to stay a little longer and squeeze in some riding while I’m there! 😁🚴🇩🇪

☕🚴 COFFEE RIDE – SUNDAY 14TH JUNE 🚴☕

Join Paddox Cycles, Rugby Racing Cycling Club, and Sunday Riders Cult for a social coffee ride on Sunday 14th June 2026.

📍 Start: Paddox Cycles
⏰ Roll out: 8:00am
📏 Distance: Just under 90km

We’ll be heading out on some of Warwickshire’s finest roads, taking in beautiful countryside, great company, and the iconic Friz Hill along the way.

Whether you’re a regular club rider or looking to join a friendly group ride, everyone is welcome. Expect a social pace, plenty of chat, a well-earned coffee stop, and a memorable morning on the bike.

🌟 Customer Spotlight: Ted McDaid 🌟

What a season Ted Mcdaid is having in France! 🇫🇷🚴‍♂️

We're absolutely delighted to see Ted's hard work paying off with an incredible 3rd place overall in the General Classification at the Tour des Ecureuils, along with taking home the prestigious White Jersey! 🏆👏

Ted has put in an enormous amount of work behind the scenes, particularly with his heat training, which has given him the ability to perform and push hard in temperatures where many others begin to struggle. Seeing that dedication translate into results on the road is fantastic.

What makes this achievement even more special is that Ted told me that at the start of the season one of his main goals was to win a jersey. Not only has he achieved that goal, but he's done it in style against some incredibly strong competition.

We're incredibly proud of our local superstar and everything he's accomplishing this season. His commitment, discipline, and determination are setting a great example for aspiring cyclists everywhere.

A massive personal congratulations from me, Ted. Keep up the fantastic work—we can't wait to see what comes next! 👏🔥

🔥 Customer Spotlight: Phill Bhogal-Hunt 🔥

When it comes to taking on epic cycling challenges, Phil Bhogal-Hunt doesn't do things by halves!

Recently, Phil lined up for the Lincoln Sportive aboard his Merida Scultura Team from Paddox Cycles and put both himself and the bike through a serious test. Taking on the challenging 100-mile route, featuring 1,400m of climbing, 18 tough ascents and the infamous Micklegate climb with gradients reaching a leg-burning 21%, it was a day that demanded performance, confidence and resilience.

Thankfully, the Merida delivered in style.
