Counselling Service in Rugby and surrounding areas I'm Claire a person centred counselor based within Warwickshire.

I have a passion for supporting people with mental health issues. My specialisms are ADHD Autism, bereavement PTSD and supporting survivors of rape or sexual abuse. In my spare time I enjoy running, walking and baking this is my down time and reflection time to look after my own mental health. I also enjoy time with family and friends and making lots of memories.
