Thank you to everyone who supported my 60th birthday challenge. It was hot work but I made it through the 60 throws and we raised a good few quid for Hertfordshire Mind, a great charity. Big thanks to my uke's who did a great job putting me under pressure 👊🏻

On the 26th of May, to mark my 60th, I will be attempting 60 consecutive throws/takedowns Randori style (neutralising attack then executing a throw/takedown). In support of Hertfordshire Mind, a great local charity.
