Didn’t it feel good to get back to Pilates? It was a BRILLIANT turn out in St Albans last night 👏with friends, family & newcomers. (Image not from last eve so I must remember to get one next week!)

As much as I love 💕 and appreciate our online Pilates it was great to be able to introduce some of you to in-person classes and to give the magic of hands on again! ✨
