1st Bass from the Dorset open . Quite a few bigger fish amongst them, but wanted a fish early!
Another new spot found in the last couple of years… this one is very hit and miss, and very much seems to be tidal. Bass some days in the open like the video, other days tucked up in the rocks. Still working it out!
Interesting little spot. This fury kind of kelp quite often seems to hold the mullet , and right on cue a couple appeared!
Saw the Bass in the kelp from the surface, managed to drop on it without spooking it. Then everyone’s favourite down shot!
Largest of the Bass taken from the weekend … This is a new spot i have recently starting fishing… relatively shallow as the rocks come up quite high , with the Bass sitting in the kelp waiting for food to come past in the tide.
