Catering for both matwork clients as well as equipment and rehab clients, Bodywise Pilates is also a teacher training centre with the Pilates Foundation.

Seven of us went to Suffolk to attend James Earls’ 2-day course “Born to Walk”. It was fascinating to learn about the essential events and phases of the gait cycle and James is a humble, engaging and entertaining presenter. We hope to book him soon to come to Bodywise.
