Are you looking to get your little ones swimming?

Our Pre-School lessons are for children aged 3-5yrs focus on developing your child’s confidence in the water and introducing them to the key skills they’ll need to swim on their own safely. Adults are not required in the water for these lessons.

2 Days remaining to register for the Cornwall Club Games.

Our Games brings together individuals over 60+ who would be interested in a FUN Competition of walking sports of cricket; football, netball and pickleball.

Join us on Tuesday 29th September at Bodmin Leisure Centre, 9am - 5pm. Entry is £4.50
There will be free refreshments pasties, as well as participation medals, winning team sports and overall winners.

In addition to our packed fitness class programme we will be offering the following classes for you to try for free!

12pm Core Conditioning Class with Annalisa

12.45pm Power Pump with Christian

7pm Dance Fitness with Hannah

We still need a few more people 60+ to join in the Cornwall Club Games, Tuesday 29th September. We have therefore extended the closing date for registration to Sunday 13th September.

If you are interested in a FUN competition, partaking in; Walking Cricket; Walking Football; Walking Netball and Pickleball.
You do not need to have played these sports previously.

We have said a fond farewell to some of our lovely pre school swimmers that have now gone to school.

This leaves some spaces in our Monday pre school classes with the lovely Karen, these classes are for 3 year olds to gain the confidence and skills to learn to swim. Mondays at 11am and 11.30am

A customer raised a concern that this huge tree was slightly overhanging, causing an obstruction to the path.

Wow! The summer holidays have been super busy for us, full inflatable sessions, busy classes and gym and a centre that has felt manic for the last 6 weeks!

We just want to thank you all for supporting us and continuing to enjoy our programme and facilities.

Now on to Autumn, watch this space for new classes, some amended programmes and hopefully the completion of our refurbishment.
