There is no class this Sunday (22nd February) as I’m out of town. Classes resume on Sunday 1st March at 11:30am

The new home for Scarborough Practical Tai Chi Chuan is at Desapline Martial Arts at 21 Barry’s Lane in Scarborough. This is an amazing space to train in with plenty of space to run both classes simultaneously
Really good classes today. Fantastic to see the class starting to do the Form in unison.

Tai Chi is a journey not a destination. Watching this video I can see the bits I’m doing well and the bits I still need to work on, but the overall general idea is there
