🔴⚫ WE’RE RECRUITING – VOLUNTEER WELFARE OFFICERS!
Revolution Gymnastics Club is looking for new Club Welfare Officers to help us maintain a safe, positive and supportive environment for all our gymnasts, families and staff.
💬 What does the role involve?
Our Welfare Officers are approachable, trusted points of contact for anyone with welfare or safeguarding concerns. They help promote good safeguarding practices and ensure everyone feels safe, supported and listened to.
❤️ We’re looking for people who are:
✅ Friendly, approachable and good listeners
✅ Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive matters confidentially
✅ Passionate about children’s safety and wellbeing
✅ Willing to dedicate some time to supporting the club
No gymnastics experience is necessary!
This is a voluntary position for adults aged 18+, and we will support successful applicants with the required British Gymnastics training and DBS checks.
We’re hoping to recruit more than one Welfare Officer, so please don’t hesitate to express your interest!
