🚨 CUSTOMER NOTICE

Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding while we work hard to get the venue back up and running.

Sadly, Ice Sheffield will not be open tomorrow morning. We are aiming to reopen before lunchtime, but unfortunately this may not be possible. We will continue to keep you updated as soon as we know more.

As we currently have no power, we have limited access to our booking systems and customer information, which means we’re unable to contact everyone individually. For this reason, social media will be our main way of keeping you updated.

As soon as we have further information, we will let you know.

A huge thank you for your continued support, patience and understanding. ❤️
Our amazing team are working incredibly hard to get the venue back open and welcoming you lovely lot as soon as possible!

Thank you — Ice Sheffield 🏒⛸️

👋 Meet our General Manager, Cameron Pollard!

Cam started his journey at Ice Sheffield back in 2008, serving skates and stewarding our Ice Public Sessions. ⛸️ Over the years, he’s taken on new challenges, grown with the team and become a familiar face around the rink.

Earlier this year, Cam stepped into his new role as General Manager — and we couldn’t be happier to have him leading the team! 🙌

From serving skates to running the show… what a journey! 👏

Say hi to Cam if you see him in venue! 👋❄️

⛸️✨ First ice skating lesson at Ice Sheffield? Here’s what to do when you arrive! 🧊
Not sure where to go or what happens when you get there? Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! 👇
📍 1. Check in at reception
Let reception know your name and skating level — Level 1, Level 2, etc.
🚗 2. Sort your parking
Type your car registration number into the system for 2.5 hours of free parking.
⬇️ 3. Head downstairs
Make your way downstairs and hand over your shoes to swap them for your ice skates ⛸️
🧤 4. Head to the ice
For Level 1, head to where Lauren is on the ice. Your coach will meet you there and complete the register with you.
😊 And that’s it! You’re ready to get on the ice and start your skating journey! ❄️⛸️
Save this video for your first lesson and send it to anyone who’s joining us! 💙

❄️🍫 It’s getting colder… so why not make the most of it with a deluxe hot chocolate?☕️✨

While your child enjoys their Skate UK lesson ⛸️, you can sit back, relax, enjoy a hot chocolate and have a chat with other parents — you might even make some new friends! 🥰💬

It’s the perfect way to spend a relaxing 45 minutes while watching your child from afar as they learn a new skill, build confidence and have fun on the ice. 💙⛸️

Sounds like a pretty great way to spend your morning/afternoon to us!☕️❄️
