😎Shropshire Way Social Stage 14! 🙌
We ran, we drank, we sweated, we ran a bit more, we sweated, we walked, we ate, we sweated, we ran and finally we enjoyed Calippos at the end (thanks Andrew!) 🍦
We also enjoyed grassy fields, shady woodland and sandy rhododendron-lined tracks and some excellent company 👌
Thanks to Liz, Bonnie, Sally, Michelle, Paul, Neil, Andrew and Roy for joining me 😎

🤩 Gorgeous start to the Bank Holiday weekend exploring the Berwyns! 20 miles of hills, valleys, ridges and enough boggy stretches and hillocks to test even the sturdiest of ankles 😂

👀Next stage of the Social coming up! 🙌
Join us this Bank Holiday Monday 25th May for Stage 14, Llanymynech-Nesscliffe (around 14 miles)🏃🏻♀️
Whilst these are not guided runs, you will be sent all the details and we’ve tended to form natural groups so no one runs alone! The focus is on a chatty, social pace and I usually aim for an average of 4 miles an hour 😊
We have a WhatsApp group to arrange car shares/lifts and chat over any queries.

🤩 Starting the week with two delightful sunny evening runs…
🏃🏻♀️ Tonight with the Run&Stretch-ers trotting around the Reabrook and Mereside (our new favourite 5km route)
🏃🏻♀️Last night around the enjoying a sunset plod with the added bonus of spotting a hot air balloon!
Fancy running with us? We Run&Stretch Tuesday at 7.30pm and Thursdays at 11.30am and hold monthly trail runs - currently exploring the . All social runs are FREE and open to all levels of experience 🤗

🤩 Fabulous weekend cheering on these two superstars who took on 💪
I’ve been so lucky to experience some ‘Cheer-lates’ support at some of my events, it’s an absolute privilege to be able to do the same for others 🥳
HUGE congratulations to and .hannah.claire for some fantastic running this weekend - and thank you to for being an excellent cheer squad companion 🙌
Super to see how has evolved and grown from when I ran it almost 4 years ago. It’s still such an incredible, supportive and friendly event - I highly recommend! ❤️
