I offer reduced-rate sessions for trainee counsellors, both in person and online. Having completed my own training through Walsall College and Newman University, I understand the journey and the requirements involved.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of supporting some wonderful clients through periods of change, uncertainty, and personal growth.
Many came to counselling or coaching feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lacking confidence, facing relationship challenges, considering career changes, or simply knowing that something needed to change. Together, we explored options, set realistic goals, built confidence, and created positive, achievable steps forward.
