Looking for something fun and spooky to do this October half term? Come and join us at Swallowfield Equestrian for our Halloween Hack & Snack!

📅 Tuesday 27th & Thursday 29th October

🐴 Enjoy a lovely 40-minute hack around our beautiful private fields
☕ Warm up afterwards with a hot drink and some delicious Halloween cake
🧙‍♀️ Dress up in your spookiest Halloween fancy dress for a chance to win some special spooky prizes!
🐕 Well-behaved family dogs are welcome too, provided they are comfortable around horses and kept on a lead!

We have a really fun packed month here for you at Swallowfield EC.

Ride your chosen Intro-Elementary test (including BE, BRC & PC) in a competition-style setting with feedback and scoresheet.

Learn practical long-lining and lunging exercises tailored to your horse.

Well done everyone who competed with us here yesterday in our Regency Horseboxes sponsored British Dressage - North & West Region classes and Unafilliated dressage classes 👏👏

The judges were rewarded with some super horses and riders with many scoring over the golden 70 % 🥰

The highest score of the BD riders went to Florence Forsyth riding Cynheidrefawr Ceidrych scoring 73.75% in Prelim 4👏👏

This was closely followed by Jill Bransby riding Swanmore Diablo scoring 73.61 % in Elem fsm🎶 Jill also scored really well last week too 🙌🙌

The highest score of the Unafilliated riders went to Natasha Brown riding Believe in a Dream scoring 70% in Novice 5👏👏

Come and join us this Wednesday evening 30th September for our Align Rider Solutions Stressless Dressage.

Classes from intro lead rein all the way up to advanced medium with lovely rosettes.

We will start at 5pm with short arena tests and then long arena tests, so there is something for all.

No need to plait, no need to wear your competition clothes, just make sure you are wearing BD legal tack, wear two bridle ( or saddle pad) numbers and bring your passport for checking.

Hot and cold drinks and cakes will be for sale, so please bring some change.

Hope you can make it !

Entries close at 11am on Monday morning and no late entries please after this as the times will be issued on Monday lunchtime.

Well done everyone who competed with us here yesterday in our Regency Horseboxes sponsored British Dressage - North & West Region classes and our fortnightly Trailblazers classes 👏👏

The highest score of the BD riders went to Jill Bransby riding Swanmore Diablo scoring 69.42% in her first go at her elem freestyle 🎶👏👏

The highest score of the Trailblazers riders went to Claire Simms riding Laddie scoring 63.64% in Prelim 3👏👏

📣Calling all showjumpers !

⭐️This Sunday 20th September come and join us for clear round and Unafilliated Showjumping with Trailblazers direct qualifiers.

We start at 10am with diddy cross poles, clear round up to 50cms then Trailblazers direct qualifiers 60cms-1m

The fab Wendy Jones will be building for us and we have some lovely rosettes and polos to all rounds.

Anyone entering the clear round you may wear casual gear.
60cms-1m classes -please wear competition gear.

Entries close online on Friday 18th September at 4pm and times will be emailed. You may book an extra round on the day. Please note - entries will be taken on the day but your passport must be brought with you and shown to the steward.

If you would like to be part of our new members club, head over to our Swallowfield website and click on the members tab.

⭐️The course will also be available to hire from Monday 21st September - Friday 25th September.
