🚀 RESULTS - LOST 8KG & INCREASED A T-SHIRT SIZE!!
Meet .christofides 1, a busy dentist and master's student who transformed his body while still living his life! 🔥

👉 He stripped off body fat and built a bigger chest, shoulders, and arms with just 2-3 workouts a week. All without sacrificing his social life or study time. 🎓💪

Here’s how we did it:
✅ Extended his timeline to 16 weeks for consistency over perfection.
✅ Used ‘Calorie Banking’ to enjoy weekends while staying in a calorie deficit.

✅ Focused on the fundamentals—no fluff, just results!

Constantinos now has the tools and confidence to stay in shape for life! 💯

Want to know how you can do the same? DM ‘FITDAD’ or click the link in my bio for a FREE discovery call. 👇

Focus on what really matters for fat loss:
❌ Don't stress about meal timing, carb timing, or training splits.
❌ Supplements and endless cardio aren't the magic solution.

Don't be that person who drops the big rocks to pick up a pebble!

✅ What does matter?

Calorie deficit, protein intake, staying hydrated, consistent resistance training, and quality sleep.

Keep it simple, stay consistent, and results will follow! 💪🔥

Wholesome family days out are what its all about for me now!

Getting out in nature, being active and leading by example!

For me, living a healthy lifestyle isn't hard, it's part of my identity, it's just what I do and who I am!

For some of my clients, they've struggled in the past because their identity, values and standards just don't match up with what they say they want!

They say they want to improve their health and fitness but their actions simply don't match up to it.

Once you make a commitment to change, ultimately you have to be willing to change your how you see yourself.

On the fit dad programme a big part of making life long change is seeing your self and identifying as a Fit Dad.

Once this happens all decisions allign with being a fit dad .

Then its easy to go to the gym, it easy to make healthy food choices, it's easy to live a healthy lifestyle !

Its just who you are and what you do! 💪

If you think you need to live off plain chicken, broccoli and rice to get in shape THEN STOP!!! 🥦

Most dads (not everyone) have basic cooking skills, but honestly there is simply no excuse for eating bland boring food.

In fact you are setting yourself up to fail.

There is no way you can keep it up!

And what happens when you reach your goal, you go back to eating how you used to and pile the pounds back on. 😫

The solution is to make nutritious and delicious meals that tick all the boxes nutritionally and that you would be happy to eat forever. 😊

I promise you, if you take the time to level up your basic cooking skills and add some flavour to your meals you'll not just feel better you'll look better too !! 💪

Most parents are short on time so training smart and efficiently is essential!

Maximise your gym time with supersets! 🏋️‍♂️

Pair exercises, shorten rest periods, and boost efficiency without sacrificing performance. 💪

What is the Cost of Inaction?

Have you noticed how different you look in old photos compared to now?

Day by day, bad habits have slowly crept in. You find yourself stuck behind your desk all day, feeling sluggish and tired.

Even getting up and down to play with your kids has become a massive effort.

Fast forward five years, and things will only get worse.

Trust me, the effort you make now to create positive change is nothing compared to the struggles you'll face if you don't start taking care of yourself.

Take action today for a healthier, happier future.

It will be the best investment you ever make!
