Wholesome family days out are what its all about for me now!
Getting out in nature, being active and leading by example!
For me, living a healthy lifestyle isn't hard, it's part of my identity, it's just what I do and who I am!
For some of my clients, they've struggled in the past because their identity, values and standards just don't match up with what they say they want!
They say they want to improve their health and fitness but their actions simply don't match up to it.
Once you make a commitment to change, ultimately you have to be willing to change your how you see yourself.
